Here’s a drawstring backpack I made for my boyfriend Stanson when I first got my sewing machine out again.
Fully lined with inside pocket:
Oooh, look at that gorgeous model:
It’s huge, fully lined, it has an outer pocket and inner pocket, and it’s in a cool anime-themed print. The straps are made out of the same fabric and run through two channels at the top, and the ends are sewn into the bottom. If I were to do it again I’d sew grommets into the bottom, use cording instead of fabric for the straps, and string the straps through the grommets instead of sewing the ends into the bottom. I may still fix it with those updates.
Hello! It’s been a while! I’ve been busy sewing a few projects, but I only have one to show you right now. The other two are finished but I want to take nicer pictures of them.
This is a haphazardly done, lopsided wide mouth little zipper pouch. I made it when I was really sleepy and not paying attention. It’s okay because it’s a “prototype” but it’s still functional and I’ll probably use it for something. I’m going ot make a bunch of these in different sizes (and with different fabrics) and sell them in my Etsy shop. I think it’s pretty cute and fun.
