Oops, I didn’t have time to get something done for Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day. My bad. I’ve been busy working on other things!
I’ve got one metal frame clutch and a bunch of wide open zipper pouches. I already sold the Alice in Wonderland one to a childhood friend of mine, but the rest are up on my Etsy shop for sale: http://www.etsy.com/shop/curiouspanda
I have several more but I don’t have photos of those yet.
My free-motion embroidered Put a Bird On It bag, sold on Etsy
Wow, hello! It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted here. For a while I had my own website and ran WordPress through there, but that got too expensive and now I’m back here! I haven’t sewed anything for several months due to moving several times and many of my things being packed away into storage! But I’ve gotten everything out of storage and I’m ready to start sewing again!
First on my agenda is a quick drawstring backpack for my boyfriend. I cut out all the pieces ages ago and I never got around to making it! Then I’m going to work on finishing my little quilt, which I’ll post pictures of later. Then on to sewing some small bags and phone cases for my Etsy shop!
I’ll be keeping track of my progress here, so please feel free to follow along!
I finished another bag which I’m very proud of. I think it’s just gorgeous. It’s a square messenger bag called a “DJ bag”, and it’s meant to hold records. But really it can hold anything. I sewed pocket panels into the lining, so it can be used like a purse, or a combination purse/bookbag, or whatever anyone wants. I posted it on Etsy last night, but if it doesn’t sell, I would really like to keep it for myself!
